Tiny Footprints, Big Love: Letters for NICU and Bereaved Families

Some journeys into parenthood don't look the way we imagined. They begin in the quiet hum of a NICU, in the weight of empty arms, in the kind of grief that doesn't have easy words.

Tiny Footprints, Big Love was born out of that sacred, painful, and profoundly human experience. This collection of letters was written by mothers who have lived it, mothers who sat beside isolettes, who pumped milk at 3am, who walked into the NICU each morning and learned a new kind of strength they never knew they had. And mothers who carry their babies not in their arms, but in their hearts, every single day.

These letters were written for the mom who feels alone in a hospital room full of machines. For the parent who doesn't know how to hold both hope and fear at the same time. For the family that is grieving what should have been, while still showing up for what is.
